There’s something wrong in the state of MG. To put it differently, children 8-11 don’t read books anymore. OK, some do, but that number is dropping faster than a fridge down a cliff.
People are looking for solutions, innovations, evolutions that will make MG something that kids actually like. But today we are talking about one aspect of those. The power of illustration.
All of us enjoy more visual content nowadays. More and more often we prefer images to words. All of us, but particularly children. Illustration is one of the key things (if not THE key) to bring kids back to reading.
